shamrock (137lbs) and the right is from this last weekend (135lbs). Don't always let the scale define your fitness level; while now I have less body fat and have gone down a size in clothes, but still weight near the same. I don't diet, I live a healthy lifestyle. I know I have more weight to lose but I don't stress about it now like I used to.
Being a part of DWEP allows me to happily train with other runners. This group helps keep me motivated and drives me to want more with my life and my physique.
