In order to give my legs a day of recovery I did my track workout on Tuesday night instead of Monday night. I did do legs and swim on Monday though. Swimming is such a great recovery!
Back to the track workout! I was great, my legs felt recovered and I hit below the paces Dennis designated. I am glad I gave myself a day off from Sundays race.
MVP went to Brooke because she did the workout wrong and ended up doing half of the workout way faster than she should have.
