This past weekend DWEP put on two trainings (like most weekends) and both were nothing short of amazing. Saturday Crystle and I did our long run (the meetup at BadAss Coffee). Our long run was an an hour and 45 minutes and consisted of a 10 minute warm up, an hour and 25 minutes of interval based training, and ended with a 10 minute cool down. Crystle and I are both training for the Shamrock Full Marathon in March, this will be my second marathon and Crystle's FIRST!! I loved the company on the run Saturday and am defiantly looking forward to more of our long runs together. On Sunday, DWEP met up at Mount Trashmore and did different varieties of hill repeats. Sunday was more of a recovery based workout because my legs are a little tired from Saturday.
