I wasn't sure how yesterday's long run was going to go because my legs have been weird the past week or so. To my surprise they were fine, and Kelly paced my training group through Saturdays run. About half way through Tricia and I separated from the group because I stretched but it was an awesome run and I had a great time running and talking with Tricia! :)
The total time of the run was 2 hours and 41 minutes! We hit a little over 17 miles!
I used tailwind as my fuel and next time I am using another scoop because my energy was getting low due to nutrition around mile 12.
